Prices are firm and escalation free for those who have booked the apartment.
Prices are subject to change without any notice before booking and at the sole discretion of the company.
Reserved Car Parking – 01 Nos (Mechanical) & Power Back-up – 01 KVA included in BSP.
Cheque / Bank Draft to be issued in favor of “FutureWorld GreenHomes Pvt. Ltd.” Payable at Noida / Greater Noida.
Maintenance, Security and any Additional Facility provided by the company in the future shall be charged extra.
Advance Maintenance Charges, Electricity Load & Meter, IGL Connection etc. will be charged extra at the time of possession.
Plan, layout, and specification are subject to change/modification as may be decided by the Company Architect or any other competent authority.
The buyer is required to deduct 1% TDS (or the applicable rate) on properties valued at 50 lakhs or more and submit Form 16B to the developer.
